Chopped lettuce and celery, minced garlic, pureed onion all mixed in with chili pepper, salt, black pepper, and chicken broth.

Boil 1/2 hour with filet of swai.

Add one tablespoon of teriyaki, 1/2 cup beer (of course), and 2 large ovals of lemon (slices out of the middle of the fruit.)

Dump in two cans of small shrimps and 12 large shrimp.

Boil another 3/4ths an hour.

Add one cup crushed pork rinds and one tablespoon of flour.

Then let boil down to 1/2 a pot.

Pour over some white rice and enjoy...
