Centro ? $6,000 ? To support the Raices Youth Development Program, an evidence-based multi-component youth development program that reduces the likelihood of pregnancy among lowincome Latino teens in Minneapolis.
Division of Indian Work ? $4,000 ? To support Live It!, which provides facilitator trainings to the staff of reservation and urban youth serving programs with holistic Indigenous specific curriculum developed and designed by the Division of Indian Work.
Employment Action Center ? $6,000 ? To support Bright Futures, a program to decrease the repeat pregnancy rate and increase the educational attainment of low-income teen mothers.
Family Tree Clinic ? $7,000 ? To support a comprehensive, science-based sex education program delivered in Twin Cities Metro schools, prioritizing schools with high percentages of lowincome students and students of color.
Hmong American Partnership ? $3,000 ? To support our Girls Runaway Intervention and Prevention Program (GRIPP), which provides education, support, and resources to Hmong teen girls who have run away from home or are at risk of running away.
Lao Family Community of Minnesota ? $3,000 ? To support Lao Family's teen pregnancy prevention program for Hmong youth and Hmong teen mothers.
Planned Parenthood ? $7,000 ? To prevent unintended pregnancies, nurture health youth development, and provide information and education about sexual and reproductive health.
Plymouth Christian Youth Center ? $7,000 ? To support First Things First, a comprehensive approach to teen pregnancy prevention, including daily sex education curriculum and classes, weekly small group discussions, individual health assessments, one-to-one counseling, and comprehensive clinical care.
Way to Grow ? $3,000 ? To support Dream Tracks, a competency-based program for teen parents, their children and extended families. Programming includes home visits, group sessions, career and volunteer opportunities.
West Suburban Teen Clinic ? $4,000 ? To support and empower young people to develop greater self-sufficiency that leads to healthier decisionmaking, improved communication skills, and deeper connections with others.
YWCA of Minneapolis ? $6,000 ? To provide high-quality, comprehensive sexual health education and school connectedness support to the specific needs of youth of color and youth from resource-poor communities, grades 6-12, in Minneapolis Public Schools.
